During his eight year stint with Xerox, Bipin was a part of the National Channel Management Team, which was the first structured initiative in India to sell High Tech Office Automation products through ‘Indirect Channels’. Later he moved to the Customer Satisfaction and Quality office which was then a key global focus of the Xerox group. This office was recognised as being the best Quality initiative amongst enterprises globally. Bipin spent 14 + years thereafter in Global Telesystems Limited, where he held several positions of key responsibilities at a national level. These were mainly in the domains of IT Services and IT Infrastructure ‘Build & Manage’ areas. During his tenure with Global Telesystems Limited, he gained valuable experience in the areas of ITIL and ITSM practices, Infrastructure Build Projects, Facilities Management, Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Data Centre services, etc. Associates:In addition to the vast experience and a wide knowledge & skill base that Bipin Deshpande brings in, FOS also has the added support of key professionals from diverse business domains.
